Tuesday Night at Saratoga High School saw a pair of close games and a split decision.

Lynbrook JV won a thriller comeback victory in what may be the most memorable game of the season for the team. While the game was competitive, the Vikes found themselves in a hole at halftime and needed a late rally to defeat the Falcons. Aarav "Action Jackson" Anand nailed a three pointer and immediately stole the ball and put away a needed layup deep into the 4th quarter. Up by one in the final possession before Saratoga took to fouling, Tanush "Beluga" Agrawal took a charge as a Falcon player attempted a layup. Lynbrook then locked up on defense to protect the win.

In the Varsity matchup, the Vikes had a horrific start, committing four turnovers in their first four possessions. That bad start contributed to a 16-3 first quarter hole. The Vikes would later rally and pull the game to within four points, but were never able to take the lead. Saratoga led from the tip-off and won 56-50. The Falcons win reversed the first matchup of the year that Lynbrook won. The loss for the VIkes continues their 5 game losing skid. Lynbrook will now need to win three of it's final five games to be eligible for the CCS Playoffs.

JV and Varsity return to play on Friday in a Quad format against Homestead. In their first matchup of the year, JV lost and Varsity won.
